Our group recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, the experience was mixed. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, which we appreciated. We also had a great experience at the on site restaurant—the service there was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, our check in and front desk experience did not meet expectations. We had booked our group’s five rooms at two nights each, through Priceline Group Sales. Upon arrival, one staff member in particular was snappy, rude and unhelpful, which set a disappointing tone for the start of our stay. That evening we had another issue and the front desk staff made it clear that, because we didn’t book directly through the hotel, they were not responsible for any service issues. Another issue we encountered was early morning noise. Around 8:00 AM, housekeeping conversations in the hallway were loud enough to cause a disturbance, which made it hard to get the rest we needed. While the room quality and restaurant service were definite positives, the lack of customer service at the front desk left a lot to be desired. For reference, we booked our rooms through Priceline Group Sales, because their rates were more affordable for a group.
The Crown Plaza is easily accessible and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near SFO, but I found it to be quiet. I would stay here again.

Older hotel but everything was clean and in great working order. Nice breakfast. Good shuttle service too.
