This was our first time here and will definitely visit again. The Grand Theater is a great concert venue.

The rooms were great with lots of room, both restaurants had great options and the food was really good. The chicken pot pie at the Cafe was wonderful!
I travel every week and this is one of the finest hotels I've been to in a long time. My wife was a concierge for the Four Seasons and the Vista Tower at GSR reminded me of a Four Seasons experience. I'm in Reno from time to time and I will be back!
Very clean rooms. Hotel staff was awesome, always catering to all my needs and very accommodating! Food at all restaurants we ate was very good!
Overall, a very comfortable stay. The hotel felt safe, rooms were quiet, spacious and quite clean. The showers were amazing and beds were comfortable.
This was our first stay and I’m sure it won’t be our last. The rooms an elegant and roomy. The choice of restaurants and small shops gives everyone a selection, from a luxurious sit down meal to a quick sandwich or snack. From the front desk to the agents on the casino floor everyone is extremely helpful and kind. five stars.
The room was beautifully furnished and the hvac worked very well. The bed was a little firm for my taste, but comfortable. The work area and chair were comfortable and affective. Daily cleaning and maid service was on point! Meals at the Hotel / Casino restaurants were fabulous!
