Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. The hotel provided a wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations.
This hotel is a gem. I NEVER write reviews, but for this hotel I made an exception. I would defintitely stay here again. The rooms are more like a bed and breakfast feel and decor and the entire hotel's decor is unique and quaint.
My room was clean, staff friendly, nice pool,convenient to some restaurants also free breakfast. I will stay there again..
After a stressful afternoon and evening driving in a wintery mix, we were so tired and needed a good night's sleep. Thankfully, we found Country Inn and Suites in South Charleston. Both mattresses were comfortable. Our mother slept really well and we did, too. The room was clean, which is a must for us. I will say the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty so that needs changed. I would stay here again.

Worst experience ever keys wouldn’t work the night receptionist stayed out outside smoking cigarettes. The room was dirty. The TV didn’t work. The refrigerator door was broken so the receptionist gave us scotch tape to keep the door closed, but all of our food was ruined. I spoke to the manager and she said she would take care of us with some sort of compensation, but I haven’t heard back from her.

STAFF AND FACILITY WERE GREAT! VERY CLEAN AND WELL KEPT.
Transformer blew, power didn’t come back until 3:30. Had to sleep with the window open, but we made the best of it. Breakfast was good. Room we reserved was not made up, so they assigned us to a random room. Said we wouldn’t be charged, but we were. Had enough electricity for that.
