I was impressed with the stay at the resort for 37 years of marriage. Will definitely look forward to coming back when coming to Nashville.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and quiet. We had a room with a balcony and loved leaving the door open to hear the water. It was so nice to be able to stay in and have so many restaurants to choose from and the shops was so convenient.
We were very relieved to find Opryland Hotel as a place of respite after 6 very cold nights in our home without power. So nice that we could bring our dog and we could all get a good night’s sleep. It was all easier than anticipated. We just added another night. Even it comes back on it will take a while to get power.

The Gaylord is absolutely amazing! The decorations and landscaping were more than I was anticipating. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed because the person booking my room ask if I would like a room with a view and I did not have a view. Overall, it was a wonderful 52nd anniversary get away for us.
The place is very nice, wonderful friendly atmosphere! Dining was divine.
The hotel is so magical with the beautiful Christmas decorations! Our view of the indoor gardens was incredible! Every single staff member we encountered was smiling, so friendly and helpful. Jon at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us and was so genuine and caring!
Our stay was great, we look forward to returning again soon.
