Booked this for my mom and kids last minute we paid up front for two days got to our room dead bugs flying insects dirty beds omg a horror show they slept in their van were told no refunds and when we called management to get the refund they gave them the run around and triple charged them for the room because it was the 4th of july shame on this hotel for taking advantage of a senior with kids and all the other people who walked out after seeing such nasty conditions please fix this place or close down! and they still did not resolve her refund!
My review after staying there for years several times a year, it stops today, 0 out of one to 10.
