The rooms are well maintained and clean everything one needs is included in the room. The evening snack social is a much appreciated hospitality touch. Only one complaint in room 231 the air conditioner/heater were noisy and the vibration intruded on the otherwise pleasant stay. when I called down to the desk they immediately offered to upgrade to another room. We chose to stay in RM 231 because the noise settled down to a tolerable level while I was talking to the desk person. Highly recommend Aspen Suits.

Kitchenette and separate bedroom are wonderful! It’s also so nice to have two tvs available! Staff was so friendly and helpful!
Staff was really helpful and friendly. Room was so comfortable and clean. The underground heated parking was so nice since our visit was in the middle of a snow storm. I had a procedure at St Mary's so location was incredibly convenient.

This was our first time at Aspen Suites. We have stayed in many different Rochester hotels over the years. Aspen Suites is my far superior to most of the others. Very comfortable rooms, upgraded beds and bedding plus an outstanding staff! I will definitely stay here again and again in the future! Five stars all the way.
