I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice my stay was at the Holiday Inn. Without exception every employee was very pleasant and helpful. It was very clean. The complimentary breakfast offered several choices and everything was nicely presented and fresh.
We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. I was provided a floor fan when I asked for one. My husband tends to be cold and I tend to like the room cooler. By having the fan, I was able to stay cool and my husband could sleep at a comfortable temperature for him. The beds are VERY comfortable and there are a variety of pillows to choose from. The breakfast was very good and the staff are very friendly.
Staff great and attentive. Room clean. I would stay here again.

I recently stayed in Alcoa TN. Everything thing from checking to departure was great. Will stay there again.
Very clean, great clerk, phone call said free shuttle service and after a phone call, we got our 4:30AM shuttle to airport. Excellent stay!
