From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The check in process was smooth and welcoming and the staff made me feel like a VIP from start to finish. The room was absolutely stunning—spotless, beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud and every detail, from the lighting to the amenities, was thoughtfully curated. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, keeping everything pristine throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to everything yet still peaceful and relaxing. The hotel’s ambiance was elegant and upscale, making it ideal for both a getaway and a luxury experience. What truly set this hotel apart was the service. Every staff member was attentive, professional and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was nothing short of amazing. Overall, this was a flawless experience—easily a 10/10. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury and exceptional service.

Great staff, clean, beautiful rooms and pretty good food.
Being the first time we stayed here the hotel check in person asked if she could pick our room. Well she gave us a wonderful room on the 46th floor with a great view. The restaurants were great and we enjoyed the Dueling Pianos show. We will be back!
