Great spot. friendly staff. They let us check in early, gave us a great deal. Food at the restaurant was fantastic. Pools were awesome. We will stay here again next time.
My family and I attended this hotel for my daughter Sweet 16th, we were given two rooms which were not what I had booked, I came back down and spoke with customer service and I was prepared for them not to care and just say too bad, but to my surprise they were so understanding and accommodating. Hilton's hotel has such great customer service and care its unbelievable especially in todays world. It is so refreshing. We will be back again.

We stayed at this hotel when we first were dating my wife and I and came back or I stayed for one night after 10 years being married and after 13 years from our first trip and it's still an amazing hotel. Excellent room with an excellent view. Excellent pool and amenities. Just a beautiful place to stay.
We were given a free upgrade to a King Whirlpool Room with a great view of both the American and Horseshoe Falls and fireworks at night. Room and common areas were well kept, staff were courteous and helpful. Location was excellent as the hotel was connected to both the OLG stage and Fallsview Casino. Location was also close to many restaurants, Falls Incline Railway and Table Rock Centre, providing easy access to most of the main attractions. Definitely a great location for more mature folks who want to avoid the crowds at Clifton Hill.
