The hotel staff was friendly, very nice, overall… great people. The room was clean and the location was excellent for nearby attractions.
Taber Inn was excellent. We enjoyed our rooms and the breakfast coffee and danish delivered to the room. The grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool and adults enjoyed the outside chairs as we just hung out during the day and the evening before going to sleep. Wonderful staff and service. Recommend the Tabor Inn highly. Dan Lawlor.
Excellent stay at a quiet, clean inn, on beautiful grounds and in a convenient location to local attractions. Delicious complimentary coffee, fresh fruit and pastry delivered promptly to the room for breakfast. We loved our stay and will definitely come back! ❤️.
It was expensive considering that it didn't include a fridge, microwave, or coffee maker. The complimentary fruit, coffee and pastry was terrible. There were no vending machines for drinks or snacks. One of the chairs was badly stained. The pool closed very early. There was no staff on after 8:30 PM. The light switch in the bathroom was broken and wouldn't shut off. There were very few channels available on the TV.

All I can say is lovely!! Friendly greeting at check in. Personally walked us to our room and pointed out a few things. Very impressed and comfortable. Close to town was a plus.

The staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The Inn is walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Mystic. It is a short drive to New London and Connecticut College. I highly recommend the Taber Inn.
