This is a story of customer service. Wow! They deliver. I travel a lot and have strong opinions about service. This hotel goes above and beyond. It seems to be the culture of Burlington, but this hotel goes above and beyond. There's a also a new, cool vibe to the rooms and the overall ambience. The restaurant and bar are great too. I usually don't take the time to fill out these reviews. But this was so exceptional that I had to!
I love this place. Everything is just right and I am super picky!
This was a fabulous hotel. We had a partial view of the lake. The room was wonderful offering everything you could need. The coffee bar on our floor was an added bonus. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great location and able to walk to dinner next door. Only wish we would have stayed more than one night.

It was a wonderful hotel and was clean and was perfect for a vacationer. All the employees were very nice and everything in the rooms worked very well, including the air conditioner. If I was to stay in Vermont again, that would be the hotel I would definitely want to be at.
We only stayed one night. We came back to the hotel in the evening and there was live music in the lobby so we hung out and danced! The room was very clean and comfortable. Very nice stay!
Love this hotel! The atmosphere is cozy and staff is super friendly. Love the whole vibe, woody, clean and modern! Brunch is delicious!
