The general manager was extremely helpful and apologetic for all the renovation going on.Th facility appeared unclean, the breakfast was unbeatable and the room we stayed in was nit rentable. The drape was hanging, the wall had chunks in the floor, the shade had holes in it, the bathroom sink drain dud nit work, the bathroom door dud nit work and generally looked dingy. U feel the carpet replacement and room repairs should be done asap and definitely befire putting people in it.
Stay every month, always amazing. Amazing staff and very clean.
Front desk staff was friendly, got us checked in and out quickly and answered questions and offered us info on amenities.
May be the last time me use this hotel. With an hour left for breakfast not much left. Pool so cold grandson could not stay in. Stated no heater.
