"The stay is fine, the booking. not so much."

need better communication with the people booking on line by phone. Did not know that I was not dealing with the hotel as it was not presented that way on the web site. so I got a booking fee. then I was told on site that there was a parking fee now. The people on site were very good about that as I was not informed prior. (yes the disclaimer on the reservation mentioned that here might be other fees but that is no better than showing up at the airport and finding out when you are already there) suggestion: NOT hiding the bookers on line. The stay is fine, facilities are as I have expected from before. the people on site are also great. In the future, I will call directly to the hotel for a reservation.

"Hidden gem close to everything."

This lovely little hotel was not on my radar until my booking yesterday. The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous and friendly. It was right in the middle of everything. We will be back.
