Each and every staff member were courteous, kind and considerate.
We booked a two night stay since we lost power during the blizzard. Check in was seamless. Friendly efficient front desk representatives. Hotel was empty considering it was mid week in February after a snowstorm. Room was fine, large and clean. Lobby area and second floor are very attractive.
The staff were helpful and accommodating and pleasant. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable.
With all the modern amenities. Lovely clean room. Great view of the ocean.

I love the location, as it's so close to everything. The hotel and area are clean and the staff were helpful. I would highly recommend staying at the Berkeley and will come back again.

Listened to dog bark all night complained several times. At desk said 75.00 for valet, valet said 90.00 no where advertised pricing.

I’ve stayed here over a dozen times. Each time I’ve encountered issues with or non functional refrigerators and problem with or non functional toilets. This time was no different. Room 702.
I was attending the Garden State Film Festival and actually arrived a day early and the gentleman at the front door offered to see if they had any rooms for Friday night. But the movie I wanted was on Saturday night. When I arrived on Saturday they remembered me and we laughed about my mistake. In all my years of staying at a hotel, I've never had my luggage taken to my room or my coat hung up for me, what a nice touch! Absolutely loved the octopus side tables in the hallways.
