First the outside garage container was full to over flowing. There was only one check in person and we waited over 20 minutes and then he had to answer the phone as well. The room was disappointing. Carpet was as dirty and had holes. Window could not be opened very easily. Furniture was dirty. At breakfast there were dogs in the food area. I am allergic to dogs so had to leave the area. Overall we will not be returning. Want a wonderful hotel try the Super 8 in Custer. Excellent.
These people are awesome, had a billing issue they assisted me with they are very helpful. Nice clean rooms. Thank you.
