Our Newfoundland group has stayed at this hotel many times. This time I will have to say rates right up at the top. The manager/owner Nick went out of his way to make my stay and the activities we needed to do absolutely the best. If I needeing anything he was right, there making it happen. This is not something you see any more these days. I will stay there again and probably more. We have dogs and they are welcome there, they have a enclosed dog area making sure the animals are safe. The staff is friendly, I would recommend this charming St. Augustine hotel to anyone.

Very clean with an exceptional staff. My dog loved it and so did I. Will def go back.
For elder and handicap persons, there should be some type of railing in the showers.
