I felt like we actually did go back to 1893. The mattress was so uncomfortable and lumpy, the sink was plugged for the entire time we were there and try asking for towels, forget it, you couldn't find a soul at night, its like they stuck you into a Nancy Drew Mystery Novel. The parking was so tight that you needed help backing out. I would suggest that Penny needs a face lift. Something to boost this ole gal up and attract more customers. I glanced at the guest book as I sat in the front living room all by my lonesome self and most people loved it. I bet they didn't stay in our room or shower or even needed an extra towel. Poor Penny, I feel so bad for you because your neighbors on both sides at their bed and breakfasts have out done you. If you could only draw up a rich and handsome fella to take care of you, I think you will be worth a million pennies. Until then Penny, we must move on. wishing you well in your future endeavors.
