We loved our trip with a stay at the Palmer Hotel in Chicago. Its close proximity to the Grant Park Music Festival made it an easy trip. The lobby of the Palmer Hotel was a lovely place to relax with a drink.

IT felt like we stepped back into the Roaring 20s at the Palmer House. Ideal location and totally different than staying in a modern, cookie cutter hotel. Cannot wait to return!

This is a beautiful, historic hotel located near the "L". Very cool bar / lobby area. Very nice rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.
A little dated but still, staff and venue is great and in a great location.

The Palmer House is stunning! From the beautiful artwork on the ceiling in the lobby to the detailed mill work and chandeliers in the ballrooms, every detail is beautifully executed! It’s almost like staying in a museum! Bravo!

For years I been coming to the Palmer House however finally staying here was more than I expected. My daughter is coming next for the Christmas Holiday because I highly recommend it.
Always make me feel at home and especially in the restaurant and bar area. I try to stay at Palmer. Best place to stay and many of staff call me by name and often with a hug.
Came back after 40+ years with daughter. We had great memories from there. Made new ones!

Rooms were upgraded upon arrival; Both rooms were pristine. Cost was in line with the city of Chicago. Hotel was convenient to various venues. Enjoyed the experience.
