Everything turned around quickly after we were referred by DoubleTree’s sister property, Aloft. One call made all the difference. From that point on, the experience was seamless. They secured a great room for us and even held it past check in time, which we truly appreciated given the last minute nature of our booking. The price was right, the amenities met our expectations and most importantly, the room itself was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable and ready. For a last minute stay, this was a solid win. We’re grateful for the recommendation and the excellent service that followed. Dont forget the cookies..um um good!

I tired to book this hotel recently. I was on hold to get my credit card. The agent disconnected the call. When I called back two minutes later, the agent refused to honor the rate that was previously quoted. I am a Hilton Honors Member, AAA, AARP and over 65. I stay at Hiltons often and have never had something like this occur. I was shameful to say the least.
The hotel is quiet and comfortable with a very nice staff working there.
