The staff in your hotel was exceptional….the wait staff was so attentive and kind…Your personnel, I.e., Tim, was awesome…we kept going bk to him whenever we had a question! It had been 50 years since we had stood up for our best man’s wedding and his wife at The Drake…it was wonderful to see they still do everything with care, promptness and class….thank you, thank you, for making our nieces wedding celebration exceptional! I’m so happy I chose The Drake! The staff display an authenticity that aligns with the spirit of the hotel. The Drake food is amazing. Dinner here while staying and room service was quite cordial. I WILL BE BACK. I even stayed an extra day and was surprised I got the same room for the same price.
