We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was professional at our check in and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs when our stay was extended.

A quality hotel brand that lives un@up to the hype and right around the corner from the airport.
Staff were exceptional, hotel was quiet. The gentleman at the desk, Pablo, was very friendly and helpful. He assisted us several times when we had to stop and ask for directions or just basic info about the hotel. On the shuttle, Mike was a great driver, careful and knowledgeable about where we could shop. He also gave us his number to call when we needed to be picked back up.
Staff was great. Close to airport.
Very friendly staff person when I checked in she was courteous and kind,(forgot her name starts with a K?I think) talked with housekeeping staff Marlene she had good attitude, friendly nice smiles, Ronishsa the Supervisor was kind, courteous and friendly, smiles also. At checkout, Ada was also pleasant and friendly with a smile. My room was very clean! Loved it.

We had one of those”miss “ trips where a lot of things went badly. This was our last evening of a week long trip and it was one of the best things that happened during the week! The check in process was so friendly! When asked about our experience to that point of our trip I jokingly explained how badly some things had gone for our much anticipated vacation. We were upgraded to a nicer room and then my daughter and grandsons were able to join us at the hotel for dinner. With three young men dining, we had multiple orders of food (and reorders for their favorites). Our server was so incredibly hospitable. She made us feel like we were her only customers although she had many! Quite honestly, our experience couldn’t have been better! The only reason I didn’t give a five star review was because there were no ice machines on any of the floors.
Room was comfortable, dining was pleasant. Airport transport driver was nice. Dinner was very tasty. Breakfast was tasty with good service. All of the staff were very friendly and nice.
I will never stay at that hill to Hotel ever again, this is the first time that I have such a bad experience at a hotel. The pillows were smelling the roof on the bathtub was falling off, etc. etc..
