She was so kind and helpful. She went out of her way to show us where to park and brought printed menus to our room. We’re old and not very tech knowledgeable. She deserves a raise.
Great place to stay, rooms are big and very comfortable.

During the recent ice storm, I had a very early morning flight out and didn't want to brave the roads getting to the airport (a relatively long drive from home). I figured a short shuttle ride in the morning after a good night's sleep was a sound decision. And in retrospect, I was spot on.
The staff could have been stressed and rude… I’m sure they struggled mightily to be here and serve all the stranded guests. I found anything but. Gus (restaurant), Katy and Sierra (bar/restaurant), the one server in the restaurant and the front desk team too. (sorry don’t have their names) were all wonderful. Oh and the room was nice too. In the end it is the people who matter. And they knocked it out of the park.

The Hilton Austin Airport was such a relief. It is minutes from the airport and has van service when called. The rooms are clean with nicely laundered sheets and fresh pillows. I didn't have anything, so seeing that a makeup remover towelette was provided was a relief. The room was clean, clean, clean, which speaks highly of the staff. The lobby feels like a terminal, which is to be expected. Flight crews on quick turnarounds stay here. All of the staff were cordial. If I get stuck again in Austin, I would spend the night here for an early departure.
