We arrived about 10:00 PM after an 8 hour drive. Check in was smooth, BW representative was welcoming and efficient. The rooms were excellent. Decor is very restive and attractive. The rooms are large but cozy. Appreciated the various lamps so lighting was very good. Large bathroom with good layout. Lots of mirror space to share. I appreciate that there is no carpet in the room. Vinyl attractive and ensures cleanliness. Bedding is lovely on a comfortable mattress with lots of good pillows. Quiet even though the highway is close. Comfortable temperature. At checkout, Emma was especially helpful as we needed to arrange late checkout because we were attending a funeral. She was very kind during a sad time. A lovely rep for BW! 5/5 sums our experience up! Thank you!
Staff great! Breakfast a little sparse but mostly good.
My sister arrived, alone, after 10 PM last Wed to use one of my rooms. The night clerk mad a suggestive highly inappropriate comment to her. I can’t begin to convey how horrified I was to hear this. A women enters your hotel alone and has to hear this by someone who knows what room she’s in and can make a key card for any room?.
