We had an amazing experience at the Hyatt Regency. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and enjoyed our stay. We got to enjoy some shopping, good food and great sleep. The rooms were super clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were all super nice! Vallet parking is a must. They always had the car available when we needed it.
My stay during UAB dental meeting exceeded all exexpectations!
Excellent experience! From Torey at front desk, Timothy and Jarrion at bell desk to Quincy driver to and from restaurant, these young men were very kind and professional! I stayed for business but brought my mother as well. these young men were very helpful with every aspect of our stay! The Hyatt is blessed to have these gentlemen as representatives! Thank u!

The Rooms are great with comfey beds and very nice bathrooms. Great place to stay if you really need a quiet comfortable recoup. The front desk staff and management are top notch, nice and professional. Love this hotel.
