This is my first time at this hotel. It had good reviews so I was excited to stay at a nicer accommodation than I usually do. Unfortunately, when I tried to check in, I greeted the front desk worker, Soojin,She gave me a very dirty look. Without greeting me back, she replied with a curt request “ID.” This made me feel very upset. The customer after me was Caucasian and I noticed that Soojin was very friendly to them. I talked to the manager about it but they said that I must have been mistaken. I felt so dismissed.
This hotel and customer service was fantastic! The room was very nice and I attended a group buffet dinner during my visit. The food and service were superb!
Staff was amazing. Shuttle to disneyland convenient. Pillows and comforter amazing.
The staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Very good, grounds and pool, staff helpful.
