During the blizzard of 2026, we were stuck for three days. The staff did a great job maintaining a cordial and professional environment for us in a full hotel!
I cannot say enough about the staff and personnel of this hotel. We arrived in the middle of a snow storm. They could not do enough to help us. Not only did they provide accommodations; but also aided us in providing transportation for our destination. Desk personnel were outstanding.
Your front desk staff was very professional. Ms. Doretha (may have spelled her name wrong) was very compassionate do to the fact we were traveling here for a family funeral, we were very upset and her comforting words and letting us know we would be well taken care of. .And WE WERE!, John in the restaurant also made sure our food was cooked to protection, served with a smile. I really appreciate the Love we experienced at Embassy Suites. Thank you for providing EXCELLENT SERVICE! God Bless🙏🏽❤️.
Hotel is very nice, the breakfast and coffee is great and being able to leave your car and take the shuttle to the cruise port is fantastic and one of the reasons we booked.
