Had no problem with our early check in. Definitely a plus. Easy to find. Comfortable rooms. Lots of remodeling going on.
Facility was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Garden cafe was okay.
Very helpful during opening Bills game and let us keep same room after later additional day. Giovanni at the Prime restaurant is A #1 Joe!
Highly recommend the hotel and we will definitely stay again during our travels.

we've stayed here many times. This time we were disappointed in a few things.. No more continental breakfast and the room had a sewer gas smell. Also the chambermaid gave us new towels and left the old ones. Not a plush place to stay but definitely adequate.
Dog friendly, bring my dog because of 4th July fireworks, quiet making peace for him.
I stayed here a few years ago on my way to Boston. I thought it was okay just for an overnight. The atmosphere was interesting enough. They’ve certainly made some positive changes and made it a lot cleaner. The atmosphere is still delightful! I love the aquarium and Romeo and Juliet appearance. It’s so close to Niagara Falls and in a safe place. I would recommend this to anyone.
Had to plug in the tv, fridge, nightstands. Nothing worked properly. No microwave. Just not prepared.
I was disappointed. The wall was peeling, we found a pill/capsule on the floor, there was not enough shampoo and no conditioner. I expected a little more from a higher rated hotel.
Very disappointed. I called before booking to confirm breakfast was included and was assured it was. After booking, I was told otherwise. I requested a manager call me back, but never heard from anyone. Traveling with my daughter who has special needs made this even more stressful. Poor communication and failure to follow up. Would not recommend unless major changes are made.
We had a great service and no problems during our stay.
The bed in room 177 was TERRIBLE and there was no hot water in the shower we stay there often and usually never have a problem, however we never want that room again 😂.
