Friendly and professional check in process. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Bathroom had all necessary quality products and plenty of towels. Had a very good and reasonable priced breakfast.
We have stayed at many places when we travel but in Chicago it is always the Double Tree Miracle Mile. The place I’d great and the people go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. The only thing I have to add is if you are a hot tea drinker, bring your own hot pot as there are no microwaves in the room. And the cookies are the bomb! Just ask for the and they hand them out.
