Very nice Hotel close to everything.
Second time staying at this hotel. We'll worth it! The buffet breakfast is well worth it. I personally enjoy the made to order omelet. The distance to Seaside beach is like a two minute drive. You can walk there too. The hotel also has an indoor pool which is why picked this hotel to begin with. The rooms are clean and spacious. Short drive to the Monterrey Bay Aquarium. McDonalds is down the street and so is Smart and Final. Will stay again!

Staff members were helpful at the front desk when we added an extra day. Also George, the supervisor of the breakfast crew, was as always pleasant and helpful.

My husband almost fell because the shower curt allowed water to spill on floor .No fan so mirror was all steamed. Having the light switch in the restroom makes fir a dangerous situation once the barn door is closed ..Poor planning when it came to the restroom and the shower that is another problem since you have to solve how to turn on the water .I will never again stay there .I truly feel that we overpaided but did not have any other choice..no one listened.

Unable to utilize pool, no hot water in shower, at best warm. Accidently left jacket in room after checkout, called hotel they stated they had the jacket was holding it but I had to fill out a form in order to have it returned. Just received an email that the jacket can not be located. Obviously it was never investigated. Absolutely disappointed.
