I don't have anything negative to say about the hotel. It was clean and comfortable and certainly conveniently located.
Downtown location, cute room with balcony, clean, affordable, very pleased. Will stay here again.
The hotel is well located, but the rooms could stand a refresh. At least mine needed one.

The hotel is perfectly located, but in serious need of updated. Carpet, upholstered and wood furniture, walls looked worn and in need of refreshing. Dining room bench chairs were shabby and worn completely out.

The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good.
In the four days of our stay st the hotel the room was never cleaned including the trash in the wastebaskets. Bed was never made and the bathroom not cleaned at all. If this is the service offered in the Hampton Inns you can be sure that this is my last booking in any of them.
Excellent Overall
We arrived around 10:00pm on Thursday March 6,2025. Initially order three pillows Only one was delivered. Next day Friday we had breakfast. It was ok. We left around 11:00am and came late night, finding that the room was exactly as when we left in the morning. As of today Sunday March 9, no body clean the room or made the bed, nor empty the trash. With that lousy cleaning service I will never, ever stay at a Hampton Inn nor recommend a friend or an enemy to stay at their facilities.
