We are Hilton Honors Silver members. We have stayed in Hampton Inns from Seattle, to New Jersey, to Florida and many other locations. We stayed at this same property back in May. Ciara was extremely helpful in booking an additional night's stay for us and the staff prepared our second room early so that we could make the necessary change in rooms seamlessly. Our stay was a very positive experience. Thank you.
The room was clean. However the bathroom door was a barn door style and those offer no privacy plus it was very loud rolling back and forth. There also is no clock in the room so you have to fumble for your phone to know the time. These seem like easy fixes to me that would be worth the hotels time to fix. If I had to stay in another room with these things I would pass.
