My wife and I arrived at the hotel early afternoon so we were not able to check in due to no rooms being available. Since we had to wait we relaxed by having coffee/cocoa until we could check in. We were given a nice room on the 3rd floor. We proceeded to a birthday celebration in the Linden area and had a great time. We returned to our room for the night and had breakfast the next morning on Hilton. We checked out and went on our day. We have stayed at The Hampton on previous occasions and knew we were in a clean, well maintained hotel. Thanks.

I I came home from a funeral and was back at the hotel. It say 2:00 2:30. The girl was going to clean the room but I was in it and understood cannot be done but later that day I asked for extra towels to be brought up to the room so I can refresh myself that was never done. Two dimly lit for handicapped people. Plus handicap room should be on the first floor in case of fire, not the second floor where you can't walk down the stairs. I have second reservations so coming to Hampton inn again.
Maids were awesome, no problems.
