While the staff was friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable and lots of choices on the TV, the bathroom tile grout was black, the corners in the bath/shower were dirty, the plug in on the wall between the bed and the bathroom was "loose" (didn't hold the plug), the orange juice was out of order and the $5 charge to park in your parking lot is unacceptable.
