I was in your facility to be close to my husband in the hospital. The room was quiet and restful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked the ottoman, to sit and read with my feet up was a nice reprieve from the day. I definitely would stay there again and will recommend it to family and friends.
Spent two nights while visiting Chapel Hill. The hotel was immaculately clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mercy. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.
An extremely friendly staff made checking in/out a breeze. The rooms were clean, updated and comfortable. Signage was clear and halls immaculate. Thank you for making an NC visit (funeral) as smooth a stay as it could have been.

Danielle was great from front desk so helpful. we not phone start. Gentle man at breakfast was upbeat and friendly. How ever all staff was helpful. Nothing to say about the room everything worked and was tidied nicely daily.

We have stayed at this Hampton Inn several times times. We’ve found it to be always clean, orderly and well maintained. The breakfast is ok, similar to other hotels. Scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage, cereal and waffles. The hotel is quiet and the bed was comfortable. No complaints. We will be staying there again soon.

The property itself was fine but what happened was not. We stayed at your hotel on February 24th and 25th. The night oof the 24th our friend stayed on the fourth floor and had a room directly across from us. She awoke around four am to the TV welcoming her and to a door that had been opened but since the security was on the person did not enter the room. She did share this incident in the morning with the registation staff. I was awake in the room across the hall and heard someone knocking, or so I thought on a door. Please check your staff and security.
We were totally satisfied except for one day when our room received no service.
