The room was perfect and the management was very accommodating.
The James Madison is a lovely hotel. The suite was spacious and comfortable great for hosting other family members for a visit. It is right close to downtown and a great restaurant across the street. Not cheap, but worth it. Very clean and tidy both in the room and the front entry sitting area. No noise.
The condition of the hotel and cleanliness is great.
