We love staying here because it is close to everywhere we need and like to visit while in Baton Rouge. Also, because we know we are going to get the best service of any hotel we have ever stayed at in the Baton Rouge area. We will continue to make Hyatt Place on Bluebonnet our home hotel.
Great that you accept dogs. Felt very safe. Great bed. Wish they had a microwave in the room. Nice that breakfast starts at 6:30. My to go place when in Baton Rouge.
The location works for us. It is close to family and we need an ADA room. The front desk always accommodates us.

Friendly and helpful staff, a clean and nice environment, working elevators, a decent breakfast I wished I could have stayed longer!
Everything was great.
There were stains on couch. We had to switch room because toilet overflowed. I have bite marks but I did not see any bed bugs. Also front desk did not accommodate late check out. Also renovations are taking place and they had a chemical smell present.
