Loved the location. You can valet at the hotel for $30 a day and most of the attractions are within walking distance. The hotel is very clean. Staff were very nice, pleasant and accommodating. No long wait lines and instant service. Valet helped us get a cab to the Spurs game and cost with tip was $22. However to get a cab to come back was $45. We stayed on the 9th floor, We did not face the Riverwalk but we had a great view of the Alamo. Overall it was a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again. Thanks for making our 10 year anniversary special!

Hyatt Hotel Riverfront has been fabulous for us from its facilities to its personnel, namely the cleaning people who have been wonderful. We would return given the chance and highly recommend it to visitors.
Nice stay despite the ongoing construction 🏗️ within the hotel itself. Be prepared for this and the parking situation. Outside of this, a very good stay for our anniversary and birthday 🎉 🎂 weekend.
I had the best experience from the moment I arrived at the hotel. Everyone was accommodating and friendly. The room were updated and always clean. I loved the Pool. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Much more than I expected! Originally disappointed of not staying at the host hotel of the conference, I found this Hyatt to be even better than the host hotel! It is convenient. Location is close to multiple eateries and close to the mall.
Shower once adjusted to correct temp would go from warm to hot or cold in seconds. Almost got scalded a couple times. Reported to desk. TV on a wall so could not watch from bed. Couch uncomfortable! The hotel staff friendly.

We enjoyed our stay very much. I would give the hardworking staff a 10/10 every time! They were all very terrific! Each and every time I had a question they answered it impeccably or immediately found an answer for me! Such very impressive people indeed! Knowledgeable, kind and always there to please others!
