After multiple cancelled flights and an unexpected last minute drive from Spokane, we arrived exhausted and stressed — and the Hyatt Regency Bellevue immediately turned our entire day around. They were able to get us into a room last minute, in the evening, on the top floor and the difference in cleanliness, comfort and air quality was noticeable the moment we walked in (from our initial Reservation at a hotel down the road). The room was spotless, warm, quiet and felt like an actual refuge after a truly chaotic travel day. A special thank you to the valet team, who didn’t blink an eye at our oversized truck and made the whole process smooth and stress free. That level of service is so rare and it made all the difference for us. Everything about our stay — from the staff, to the room, to the overall atmosphere — was exceptional. We are so grateful to the Hyatt Regency Bellevue for turning a horrible travel experience into a calm, comfortable and safe place to land. We will absolutely stay here again.
