Facility was perfect for our visit to Cleveland Clinic. It was great to be able to take the skyway between the hotel and Clinic. Staff was super. Food at Table 45 is excellent!

Green Engage What does the InterContinental Cleveland do to be Green? Cooking oil – Filta Fry – company comes to recycle the oil to clean, replaces when beyond cleaning, uses oil for manufacturing, IE; cosmetics, facial creams and conditioners, bio-diesel fuels. Batteries – Bulldog Batteries. – company accepts used batteries (A, AA, AAA, C, D, 9v) for further recycling. Ceiling tiles – Georgia Pacific – in a effort with Cleveland Clinic Foundation we utilize a local contractor to recycle / send-pick up our ceiling tiles for further breakdown and re-use of this product Paper, Cardboard, colored paper, newsprint, magazines – Recycle MidWest – company picks up weekly our paper and newsprint products and then further breaks down for use and re-use. Our long term goal is to utilize a cardboard baler and sell the cardboard on the open market. Currently we have a space issue due to the size of the machine and the storage of the bales. Composting – Waste Management – company picks up our food waste and other paper recyclables for processing of new fertilizing and mulching products. Converted all lights to LED''''s in 2014 and 2015 Renovations Low flow (toilets, urinals, aerators for sinks) Green Restaurant Certification
North Coast Café is open for breakfast between the hours of 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM, Monday through Friday and from 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday's. The breakfast buffet is $22.00 per person plus tax and gratuity. The buffet includes fresh eggs, chicken or turkey sausage, Applewood smoked bacon, fresh breakfast potatoes, French toast or waffles, assorted Danishes and muffins, cold cuts, smoked salmon, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, cheese platter, middle eastern platter, served with coffee, tea, or juice. Due to COVID - 19 the breakfast buffet is currently unavailable. There is a full breakfast menu available to order from. Room Service is also available for breakfast and is open daily 24 hours.
Overnight Valet Parking at the rate of $30.00 per night/per vehicle, with unlimited in and out access to your vehicle. Self - Parking at the E. 100th Street garage is $10.00 per day, you pull a ticket upon entering the garage, you can pay with cash or card at the 3rd floor pay station or at the exit of the garage with card only. You will have to take a ticket every time you enter the garage and pay upon leaving, so this does not give you unlimited in and out access.

Super friendly staff. Beautiful, well stocked, clean room. Navigating and parking was super easy.
Family had place to rest and relax.
The service on the club level (Antoinette), at breakfast in the ground level dining room (Moroccan waitress) and Shannon in Club 45, is nothing short of amazing –– kind, caring, prompt, attention to detail, etc. It doesn't get any better!

Stayed two nights as my husband had heart surgery and was in Cleveland Clinic ICU. Professional and accommodating staff. Access to hospital was safe and reassuring to me. Studio 45 restaurant was very good and had hours that worked for me.
Perfect place to stay when needing to be close to the Cleveland Clinic. Hotel and rooms in great condition. Lovely place to stay.
Had a little trouble connecting with room service in AM, but front desk was helpful with resolution.

There was no bottled water in the room. There was a bottle of Evian in the minibar but there was a charge for that.
Needed to take my wife for an urgent procedure at Cleveland Clinic. I needed to stay overnight and called them for a room and got it done with no problem. I left home at 3:30 a.m. and when we got to the hotel the staff was ready to assist with taking care of my vehicle and storage of my overnight bag so I could get my wife to her procedure appointment at 6:00 a.m. I was able to be with her up to the surgery. While waiting to hear how she did, the hotel got me into my room where I could take off my coat and hat and make it back to the waiting room to hear that she will be alright. I got to see her and finally got to the hotel room and crashed. The bed was so comfortable and the room spotlessly clean. The food and the service meant so much to me as they also were so kind to me. The best service I have ever experienced.
