I like the stay very nice hotel and staff are friendly.
During our five day stay, the staff at this hotel was extraordinary! The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful! They gave me invaluable, supportive advice when I was overwhelmed and not sure of the hospital discharge and room checkout process! The room service/ hospitality team was wonderful as well! Every time I needed something, the response was quick, friendly and helpful! Everything in the rooms was clean and in excellent condition! When my husband was discharged and I needed to check out quickly and pick up my belongings, with a quick call to the front desk, my car was waiting and the valet even helped me load everything! I hope we don’t have to return to the hospital, but if we do, I will definitely stay here again!

First I have to say that Taja at the front desk was wonderful. She was helpful and efficient. She smiled when we walked up to the counter and couldn't do enough for us. The food in the dining room is good, the rooms are comfortable, the staff is helpful and the other people at the check in desk were very nice also. The shuttle to and from the hospital was a lifesaver. I could have used a shuttle to Walmart because I forgot several things that I needed. You could even expand the tiny market. Otherwise it was a great choice to be near Cleveland Clinic.

Eggs, breakfast meats, regional specialties, coffee, tea & juice. The breakfast buffet is unavailable at this time due to COVID - 19. Their is an a la carte menu available for breakfast at the restaurant as well. We offer room service for breakfast as well. Room service is available 24 hours a day.
