So glad our group chose this hotel. We had the best service and hospitality I have ever experienced staying away from home! Janet and staff went ABOVE and beyond for us! We will definitely be back! And we will definitely recommend to others!
The rooms were very clean and there’s a nice outdoor area to sit at. We had a large group and the staff went above and beyond for us. We had the best hospitality while we were there especially from Janet and Cynthia. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to Pensacola. It is pretty close to everything downtown.

My husband and I recently enjoyed another delightful getaway at SOLE during Gallery Night and once again, we were thoroughly impressed! This older remodeled hotel perfectly combines charm and modern amenities, making it an ideal spot for anyone looking to experience the vibrant atmosphere of downtown Pensacola. One of the standout features of this hotel is its incredible convenience. Situated right in the heart of downtown, we loved being just a short walk away from all the galleries, restaurants and local attractions. It made our evenings out so much more enjoyable, knowing that our cozy retreat was just around the corner. The price point is also quite reasonable for what you get. Given its prime location and comforts, we find it to be an excellent value for money. The hotel has done a wonderful job with the renovations and everything feels fresh and inviting. Additionally, we appreciate the cleanliness of the space. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the hotel, which adds to the overall pleasant experience. It’s always reassuring to arrive at a place that feels comfortable and well cared for. We highly recommend for anyone considering a stay in downtown Pensacola. It's become our go to spot for Gallery Nights and we can’t wait to return for our next getaway!
