You had a wonderful time.
Went to get a shower and the shower floor was like ice. Stepped in and fell and hurt my back, neck, shoulder and hand. Went to dinner came back to a bathroom floor full of water from a leaking ceiling from the room above us. Didn’t offer to do anything but put a bucket down and gave us a few rags. Customer service was very disappointing.
