Enjoyed using the pool. Door person was very helpful with directions and loading our suitcase in our Uber.
We usually stay at the Four Seasons when visiting SF, but less than thrilled with latest bedroom redo’s (metallic wallpaper) so opted to try the Palace. Service outstanding, better price point and main floor common rooms lovely. We’ll be back. Thank you.
Room and service all as we have come to expect but surprised that only a buffet on Sunday and a mediocre one at best.
