Tried to check in at 5:15 pm. I was told my room was not ready and would be a while. I went to my vehicle and called the 800 number. Went back in at 5:30 pm and rooms were shuffled so I could check in. Don't say check in time is at four when you could not have a room ready by 5:15. We also had drinks at the bar with some friends. When they were ready to leave we walked them out to the lobby. I had a drink that was 3/4 full. When we turned around our table was cleaned. I asked where my drink was an the bar tender said they were all empty. I really didn't appreciate paying $10.00 for a drink and then being lied to.
Haad to hunt up a person at the desk to check in. As we entered door F there was a bag of food at the entrance and french fries all over the steps. When we got to our room it was not ready, dirty bathroom, unmade bed etc. The next room no number on the door and the deadbolt lock did not work. For one night the room was over priced. I had called the hotel earlier because I wanted to use my Marriott points and was told the hotel would take care of that when we checked in. Well, that was a mistake, they said they couldn't do that. All in all it was a bad experience. For two eighty four year olds the parking was horrible.
