The receptionists were great. They were very helpful in getting us settled and finding a good restaurant on the evening of checking in. In the morning we had a medical appt and the front desk helped us again when our car had a flat tire. Vallet parking did all they could to help with the tire but also helped when triple A came. They called us a handicapped cab. We were able to make the appt only a little late. The room was clean and comfortable. We are very happy with Marriott Hotels.
It has been a long time since I stayed here but the entire operation is better and much more customer friendly. From the man who parked my car to the bar tenders to the front desk people, everyone is nicer, more helpful and more attentive. I will be back again for this kind of service. I even liked the food at the Bistro, not a lot of choice but good to eat just the same.
