Wonderful property, rooms are clean and nice and common areas immaculate.
Everyone was most helpful and kind. We had a complicated reservation due to an upcoming surgery and this was by far the best experience we have ever had at a Marriott.
We checked out and when we went to start our car it did not start. We went back into the desk and we told the girl about our problem. She made a call and a mechanic came in five minutes. He got our car started and told us of the Walmart down the road that would check to see if it was the battery. We went to the Walmart. It was the battery and we bought a new one and we were on our way. With all that said we were only held up for about 45 minutes. We believe because there was a mechanic at the hotel this expedited our hold up. Thank you so much for making a terrible problem turn out so well. :) :).

Great hotel conveniently located near the University of Dayton. Outstanding, modern rooms with luxurious bedding. Quiet. Everything you need: indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor seating areas, gym, convenience store, delicious food on Concierge Floor and in restaurant, meeting rooms, etc. Best of all is a cheery, helpful, accommodating staff from the front desk to the housekeepers to the food servers!

Good location, clean, friendly staff. However, no lobby coffee until 7am, no continental breakfast and no way to open windows to get fresh air in rooms.
The hotel was very nice, as I would expect from a Marriott, but the staff was what made the stay most enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly from desk to housekeeping personnel. I want to especially call out the crew in the Dewberry room. They were all so attentive and friendly.
The hotel is nice, beds are comfortable and food was good.

The hotel was great. Food is delicious and staff friendly. My only personal problem was that we were booked way down the hall from the lobby and I have bad knees and they were unable to change our room due to the number of basketball teams that were booked for the weekend. We were there for a basketball game and I enjoyed watching all the different teams that were booked there for the weekend, so no major complaint.
Clean, updated rooms and great front desk staff and breakfast staff!
