Customer service is excellent, as always. So much so I always book this hotel when I need to fly out early from SFO.
Room was clean, people helpful and friendly. Booked on short notice and went very smoothly. Used the airport shuttle without any issues.
This is my second visit and it's as good as it was the first time.
