Although a few mishaps, we were happy and would stay again. Room was also very clean. We appreciated your offer of a one night stay, since we were seeing Incubus at arena. Thank you for having them, the show was amazing !

From the moment we stepped foot on the property we felt comfortable, never rushed in anything. When we got to check in it was fairly easy. We were offered water which was nice. Room was clean, all members of Mohegan Staff were polite and helpful. We would definitely recommend our family and friends. As we were recommended by a family member.
Food was great everything was clean.

The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff was wonderful.
Had a great time playing the slots. Having a few drinks had a really nice hotel room. Dinner was OK. My favorite place is always booked so it’s hard to get in and was really bummed when sky pool with closed. Wonderful pool earth pool not so much pretty bland, but overall always a great time.

My wife and I went to Mohegan Sun to celebrate our 20th anniversary on November 6th. We planned to stay through the 7th, as we had tickets for Chicago show that night. We had so much fun in the casino, the hotel and the concert, that we decided to stay through Friday the 8th. Checking in, checking out and adding another day at your hotel was incredibly easy. Your staff is amazing! My wife Donna and I would especially like to thank and commend Tara, who helped us with tickets at the concert. We had bought two tickets from Ticketmaster and when we arrived at the box office there was only one. We missed the first half of Chicago, but we could hear the show. Tara was a huge help, she spent a lot of time with us and solved our ticket problem. We spoke to her manager, Wally and commended her to him. Wally is also excellent and a pleasure to speak to. We got in to see the 2nd half of the Chicago concert, which was awesome! Sorry we missed Wayne Newton by a day, maybe another time.
