Staff was friendly, rooms are well appointed and the food and drinks are excellent.
We stayed at the Hyatt as part of a package deal with the Pacific Amphitheater. We extended our stay because it was so relaxing. We reserved one of the pool cabanas and spent the day enjoying the sun.The people who work there are awesome and they had the fastest room service I ever experienced. I would stay there again.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and the location near food was excellent. Overall, the time spent was well worth the six hour drive.
