Although the room was small it was elegant and clean. The overall appearance of the hotel reminded me of the Hollywood Golden Age. Very Posh. The French onion soup was excellent, one of the best I've had. Would I stay again yes definitely.

The building is a showcase from the Victorian Age and the staff is beyond incredible. Amazing people amazing place. Mitchell at the front desk is absolutely the best. The chefs prepare the food perfectly and all the help is very nice and very understanding. People should stop here and experience the total experience. We will be staying here any time we come within 50 miles of Scranton. Total satisfaction. Grand hotel that captures the Victorian Era. A must do.

My use of the hotel was cut short. Monday early AM I was sitting in the lobby reading while waiting for my coworkers reading a book. I had been there for close to an hour when a young lady approached me and offered me a large coffee. It was well welcomed, and I asked to pay for the coffee, and she said "You looked like you needed it. " And refused to let me pay for it. That to me was an example of the positive feeling I have for the Radisson. Thank you all!
The hotel had a lot of old-fashioned charm, we enjoyed our stay.
